Cancellation & Refund Policy - The Well Heart Massage Therapy LLC
We value your time and appreciate the same respect for our schedule. The following policies help ensure fairness for all clients.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the time to be offered to another client in need of care.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged the full session fee.
​
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to honor other scheduled appointments. The full session fee will still apply.

Massage therapy services are non-refundable once the session has been provided. If a prepaid appointment must be canceled with proper notice, it may be rescheduled.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made with compassion and discretion.
