By using this website and booking services with The Well Heart Massage Therapy, yo agree to the following terms.

All massage and wellness services are provided for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Appointments are scheduled through our booking system. Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other scheduled clients.

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged according to our cancellation policy.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health prior to each session.

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future service.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.
